Yes to Health! Anti-Angiogenetic Foods

Hi everyone,

My post for today is about the effects of good nutrition on overall health and healing!  Please read - this is important stuff :).

Things I've learned that surprised me:

  • All people are born with and carry dormant cancer cells.
  • The cells can only grow larger when a group of blood vessels begin to feed it (angiogenesis).
  • Certain foods and spices can help to constrict the growth of blood vessels around cancer cells.
  • Here is a list of the most effective ANTI-angiogenetic foods:
    • Soy extract
    • Artichoke
    • Parsley
    • Berries
    • Soy
    • Garlic
    • Red grapes
    • Brassica
    • Citrus
    • Lavender
    • Green tea
    • Glucosamine
    • Turmeric
    • Tea
There are lots of others, but these foods are a great start.  Also, Earl Grey is the most effective tea, so try swapping this for your usual coffee :).   When in doubt - more fruits and veggies!
